Team Liquid, originally founded in the year 2000 as a humble StarCraft clan, has since grown to become a widely known and respected professional team, one of the best in the world.  Their roster of professional teams has grown to include not only StarCraft, but also Hearthstone, League of Legends, Dota 2, CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege, PUBG, and more, winning many titles in each.

Last year, they took home the trophy of Dota 2’s The International 2017 tournament, which boasted the largest prize pool ever for an esports event, and just in April they triumphed in the League of Legends NA LCS Spring Split championship.

Some of their main goals are continuing to earn titles with their teams and players, creating written articles about the esports industry, and influencing the games they love to play.  To achieve these goals, they own a total of five websites, even maintaining a comprehensive esports wiki called Liquipedia, which is considered one of the most useful and detailed wikis in all of gaming.
